Cats Rule Coloring Sheets

I made these drawings for educational purposes of ORCA (Organization for Respect and Care for Animals).
The organization tries hard to educate people, especially children, about animal welfare. These drawings show what are some of the basic pet animal needs. I had more of them, but unfortunately, I misplaced them - they were made 5 years ago.

I use these in the library when we talk about animals and animal welfare. We read books such as "Nobody's Dog", "Before You Were Mine", "Not afraid of Dogs", etc.

I'm so fancy

As a part of their unit, Kindergarteners made these descriptions of school staff:

"Ms Rada is a librarian. Ms Rada is a good book reader" - Anika

It's not that simple, y' know

I thought of  making a simple, funny poster for our Literacy Center, to remind teachers to sign out sets of books they take out of the Bookroom.
Boromir explained it:

Reading books gives you smiles :)

The last day of school I got this cute jar filled with chocolate smiles from my kindergarten student Astoria.
The best part of it was the message written on the pink jar:
"Reedeeng your boox givs me the smielees
Story to mis Rada"

This definitely made my day ^_^

Got to love kindergarteners!
